TSB slams CN for Cheakamus derailment

The Transportation Safety Board (TSB) faults Canadian National Railway (CN) for the 9-car derailment near Squamish, British Columbia on August 5, 2005, when a spill of approximately 40,000 litres of caustic soda (sodium hydroxide) wiped out the fish population of the Cheakamus River.
