Free newspapers plague Skytrain

The volume of waste generated by free newspapers Metro, Dose, and 24 Hours is causing hiccups in Vancouver’s Skytrain light rapid transit system. Paper on the tracks triggers automatic braking of the driverless cars and operator Translink fears for passenger safety during unexpected, sharp stops.
